Nicholas Pigneri, DDS, LVIF earned the designation of Fellow from LVI Global (LVI) in June 2022. The Fellow distinction is awarded only to those doctors who successfully complete the LVI CORE Series (which includes a minimum of 278 continuing dental education hours), as well as a comprehensive exam covering the skills and techniques taught in the LVI CORE Series. Setting himself apart by choosing the path of lifelong learning and undergoing elective, continuous training at LVI, Dr. Pigneri has exemplified a desire to maintain the best clinical ability in order to offer his patients a high level of Aesthetic Neuromuscular Dentistry. This dedication distinguishes Dr. Pigneri by proving his dedication to quality of care and a desire to master complex procedures in order to provide the best comprehensive care for his dental patients. Dr. Nicholas Pigneri was also honored to be selected by his peers as a Houstonia Top Dentist in 2020, 2021 & 2022. Earning his dental degree in 2010 from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, he was an Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors fraternity Honored Freshman and presented with the Ethics and Morality Award at the graduation awards banquet for dental school. Honesty and integrity form the center of Dr. Pigneri’s dental practice. A native Houstonian and Eagle Scout, Dr. Pigneri graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. Dr. Pigneri is a certified Invisalign provider, happy to help patients achieve their cosmetic dental goals. To remain on the cutting edge of dentistry, he has received advanced training in Physiologic Dentistry through the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Additionally, Dr. Pigneri has been trained in the use of lasers by the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
