About Dr. Ninaz Shiva
Dr. Shiva is a compassionate and detail-oriented dentist who is committed to making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Originally from San Diego, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. After several years of practice in the Boston area, she returned home to California to be closer to family and serve her local community.
Dr. Shiva is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is dedicated to clinical excellence and completes over 40 hours of continuing education each year to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry. She is also an Invisalign-certified provider, offering patients comfortable, modern options for improving their smiles.
At Digital Smiles, Dr. Shiva provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, including:

-Office couldn’t even get my basic information right .
-Office ignored concerns. Office was more concerns with over charging than care.
-Office couldn’t even figure out the insurance coverage. Office charged for things in my history of going to the dentist never did. Office charged by 4. Prices were higher than ever seen.
-Office took forever to address the main issue. Office ready to charge a pricey amount without alleviating concerns. It was hard to trust what the staff was saying/claiming.
Will not repeat.

THEY KILLED IT. EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT, 1.5 CROWNS, ROOT CANAL, 4 FILLINGS, 1 DEEP CLEAN. ALL WITHIN 16 HOURS. AND THEY WERE NICE. :) THANKS. GREAT EXPERIENCE GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCE.

The office was very attentive & kind. They called our insurance prior to our arrival to ensure there were no coverage hiccups. They were even able to accomodate a last-minute same-day appointment.

Exam was thorough. Treatment was expeditious, efficient and professional. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Gina was extremely helpful explaining costs and procedures. Facility is state of the art. Highly recommend it!

I've been coming here for years, as I love having my teeth cleaned by Sahar. The dentists have changed many times but Sahar has always been here. She's fast, efficient, thorough and really takes an interest in her patients.

The dentists themselves were very pleasant and professional. The front of office employee was pushy and mercenary trying to get me to sign up for this and that and make a deposit for services I needed to schedule for later after they mislead me to believe I could get those services same day after the exam.
