About Dr. Olenka Portugal

Hi, I’m Dr. Portugal! I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. I went on to complete my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Southern California, where I enjoyed taking on leadership roles and building strong connections with my peers and patients. After dental school, I trained at the San Francisco VA during a General Practice Residency, which gave me the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients and further strengthen my skills. Today, I’m passionate about making dentistry a positive experience by providing compassionate care, listening closely to each patient’s needs, and creating healthy smiles that last. Outside the office, you can usually find me traveling, discovering new restaurants, or diving into a good history book or mystery show. I also speak Spanish fluently and love being able to connect with patients in their preferred language. Fun fact: green is my favorite color! I’m excited to meet you, welcome you to our practice, and partner with you on your journey to a healthier smile
