Dr. Olivia McDowell is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to providing patient-centered care and helping individuals feel comfortable, confident, and informed throughout their dental experience and receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from California Northstate University, where she graduated with honors and held leadership roles within the student body. Dr. McDowell is currently completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Native American Health Center in San Francisco, where she is gaining advanced experience in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and preventive care while serving a diverse patient population. Originally from Nevada City, Dr. McDowell spent several years living in Tahoe City and is excited to serve the Truckee-Tahoe community. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes that trust, communication, and personalized care are the foundation of exceptional dental care. Outside of the office, Dr. McDowell enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors. Her love for the Tahoe region and active lifestyle make her especially appreciative of the community she is proud to serve.
