About Dr. Pegah Salami
Dr. Pegah Salami earned her dental degree, cum laude, at Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2001. She continues her education through many postgraduate courses and seminars every year. Her educational focus has recently been in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign certification, and becoming a sedation dentist through DOCS, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. Salami is a member of the California Dental Association (CDA), American Dental Association (ADA), San Diego County Dental Society (SDCDS), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade...needless to say I was less than thrilled aka dreading going back..all the ladies there made my experience a very positive one that alleviated all my shame, worry and fear. They were all wonderful. Of course, DR. Salami was incredibly professional, informative and kind. I would highly recommend this office for anyone who hasn't been to the dentist in a while and has the same fear I did, it went so smoothly and all the ladies were incredibly helpful, sincere and kind.

Everyone at the office was very kind.
I did however feel a pressured multiple times for different interventions that I did not want. And they asked me to pay for a procedure the day before getting it done.
When I was at the office I kept feeling like there was something I was missing. I did some research and found out that this practice was previously Serenity Dental (with pretty questionable reviews). It actually confirmed the uneasiness I was feeling. To be honest, it was enough for me to cancel my next appointment (they they said I needed to have my fillings fixed). Enough questionable conversations took place during my appointment that I don't know whether to trust them.
I'm all about someone changing and becoming better (hopefully that is the goal of this business in changing their name), I just feel like people should be aware.

My family and I have been patients for years I love these guys. I am extremely tense at the dentist and that's why I originally chose serenity. They go out of their way to calm my nerves.

Visit was great. I had limited time for my appointment and they respected my time constraints. Dr. Salami worked well with my budget, even dividing up the payments to help me.

Everybody there is sweet and very helpful! The doctor is very detailed in her explanations. She even draw a picture for me trying was going to do. I was pretty scared about putting my first crown but she was great at making me feel comfortable! The massage was a great bonus! =)
