About Dr. Philip Voissem

As a new transplant to Texas, Dr. Voissem is excited to call Ideal Dental and DFW his new home. While his heart and football team (The Green Bay Packers) will always stay in Wisconsin, he is excited to be working in such an energetic and fast growing place such as Texas. College at Saint Louis University, and dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska brought Dr. Voissem all over the country before setting roots in Texas. In Dental School he made deans list multiple times and served as president of the Dental Student Union. To provide the best care for his patients, he has done research with the American Dental Association Foundation, and he is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentists. When not obsessing over your oral health, Dr. Voissem can be seen (literally) running around Dallas as he burns off the calories from his other big hobby: cooking. He is also a proud coffee and beer geek, and he dabbles in photography. But be careful; he can talk for hours about any of those things.
