Dr. Ramón A. Rodríguez, DMD, is a General Dentist and Oral Implantologist who has served Miami-Dade County for more than two decades. As owner of D&R Dentistry since April 2014, he is dedicated to helping patients and their families achieve healthy, beautiful smiles in a warm, anxiety-free environment built on honesty, dedication, and trust. Dr. Rodríguez earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Florida International University in 2004, where he was recognized as Best Analytical Chemistry Undergraduate Researcher. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2009, followed by a fellowship in Oral Implantology at Nova Southeastern University, mastering bone grafting and single-tooth to full-mouth implant restoration. He offers families the convenience of routine cleanings and complex tooth replacement surgery under one roof. Over his career he has cared for more than 50,000 patients, including over 5,000 babies and toddlers, placed more than 10,000 dental implants, achieved success in more than 35,000 bone grafts and augmentations, and performed more than 40,000 atraumatic extractions. Dr. Rodríguez has led his practice's administration and growth for over 12 years, trained more than 100 dental professionals, and organized more than 15 community health campaigns. He is especially proud of providing comprehensive dental services to more than 2,000 abused children, women, and survivors of domestic violence, for which he received the Miami-Dade County Mayor's Appreciation Award for Outstanding Community Service and Family Empowerment. Outside the practice, Dr. Rodríguez enjoys time with his family and continues volunteering dental services to underserved communities throughout South Florida.
