She take takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, checks in frequently during the procedure, and makes sure you’re doing ok.
I even felt comfortable enough to get a filling put in right then and there and it was a breeze! I highly recommend and am glad I no longer need to fear going to the dentist.”

Dr. Ramya Joshua, Naperville dentist, is the proud owner of Diehl Family Dental. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and has been practicing dentistry here and abroad for over 8 years. Dr. Joshua is licensed to practice dentistry in Illinois and is certified in Invisalign, Nitrous Oxide sedation, and CPR.
As a general dentist, Dr. Joshua is comfortable treating patients of all ages, including anxious kids and adults, with or without nitrous sedation. I booked three separate appointments for this dental office through ZocDoc. Twice the office called me and canceled my appointment because they said their office wasn’t open on the days/times that I booked it for. Why were those appointments even made available through the app if they were closed? Several weeks ago, I booked another appointment for today. I didn’t receive a call to cancel and reschedule so I thought everything was fine. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I wasn’t on their schedule and they weren’t aware of my appointment. I left without being seen. If they are having issues with ZocDoc, they should remove their facility from the app.

I haven’t been to a Dentist in 10 years. I was prepared for the worst on my visit and Dr. Joshua and her assistant were very nice, and they were very informative on all X-rays. A great experience. I would highly recommend.

The staff will do the X rays and Dr.Joshua will show then to you explaining basically everything about your tooth health condition and also answer all the questions you have very patiently. She flossed my teeth and polished them, I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

For my first visit, Dr. Ramya was in front and attentive to us immediately. Not to often do you see the actual Dr. outside of the small rooms for longer than 10 mins, but she was there waiting on US! She took the time to explain her process and show us what she looks for and made sure we were comfortable and understood every step. In addition to it being my first visit to her, it was our daughter's first appointment ever, which went off without a hitch! She explained every tool and they even have a special kids' room so they comfortable and safe. Being our first time there we had a few questions and she and the great dental assistant sat us down and explained our insurance and put all concerns at bay. All-in-all I am very pleased with Dr. Ramya's services and we do not plan to go to any other office for as long as we can help it.

Dr Ramya was excellent! She answered all my questions and talked through everything she did. She worked fluently with her assistant. I was informed of the treatment plan and prices before anything was done. I barely had to wait when I arrived. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Joshua was great. I (embarrassingly) had not been to the dentist in probably 5 to 6 years so I expected issues. Luckily for me, zero cavities, no problems. Dr. Joshua and her partner were so great. They have great technology that shows xrays right on the TV in front of the exam chair. She pulled up each xray, told me what she was looking for and pointing on things that were normal, and also explaining what bad things would look like if they were there. I needed to get a mouth guard made. She was able to take the molds the same day and put in the information for my insurance to okay it. Overall great visit, 10/10 would recommend.
