Dr. Reid grew up in Orem, Utah, just south of Salt Lake City. Following high school he served a two year church mission in Monterrey Mexico, becoming fluent in Spanish and developing a love for learning about other cultures. Following his service, Dr. Reid married his wife, Cass, and had his first child. Dr. Reid developed a love for the artistic element of dentistry as well as the opportunity to help improve oral and overall health which led him to pursue a career in the field. Dr. Reid attended The University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he and his wife welcomed their second and third children. While in school, Dr. Reid gained a conservative approach to treating patients and emphasized preventative care. He also recognized the value of comfort while visiting the dentist and continues to strive to help his patients feel at home. Throughout Dr. Reid’s education, he has had opportunities to lead. As a member of the Academic Honor Council, he helped maintain the academic integrity and honesty of the School of Dentistry. He served as president or executive board member for multiple organizations’ chapters at University of Michigan such as American Dental Education Association, Ensign Academy, Michigan Dental Association, American Studental Dental Association, and the Multicultural Affairs Committee – among others. Dr. Reid has a special interest in preventative care while seeing patients of all ages and loves being a part of the North Atlanta community. While not in the office, Dr. Reid enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys golfing, swimming, biking, and running and recently completed an Ironman Triathlon.
