The dental hygienist was the very gentle and gave me tips on a better flossing product and she was also very thorough and had a gentle technique. Dr. Noratto came in and was very mindful of my time as I had a meeting right after my appointment. The hygienist noticed whaat appeared to be a crack on my rear molar, and Dr. Noratto confirmed, and setup a tx plan for the tooth. I will definitely keep coming back!”

I went the office for a cleaning and to have a broken tooth looked at. When I was there I was convienced that I need a deep clean and quoted a price for it. The deep clean was not like the pervious deep received and definitely not a thorough. They told me that they have a different process then other dentists and that's why it was quicker. I feel like it was a very much bait and switch. In addition, I now received a bill for almost double what I had paid during the visit. When I call the office to ask about it, they told me that the reason was that my insurance didn't cover the panoramic x-ray. Not once was I told that this was different from other x-rays nor that there could be an issue with that. Blamed me for not know the difference between the two. I would not recommend as it seems they are more interested in increasing the bill over actually helping
