Dentist and hygienist had a few arguments over the correct way to do things. Hygienist seemed to not know what she was doing. Used an x ray sensor too big for my mouth and kept messing up my x rays. I said it was too big- I have a small mouth. But she kept using the same one and I was in tears 8 photos later when she finally asked someone for a smaller size and redid everything again with that one. I’ve never had an x ray experience like this.

Dr. Richard and his team are professionals operating at high standards of care. Great listeners, caregivers, and patient. I felt respected, heard, and cared for. No unnecessary or additional procedures were recommended. No wait times. The appointment including xrays, cleaning, and checkup with doctor took less than 1 hour. In and out of the office. Easy free parking.

Dr. Conen and his staff are thorough about explaining all procedures and about answering questions. The results of my numerous procedures (long history w/ practice) are always good and long lasting.
