About Dr. Richard Senatore
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa. He continued his studies at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DMD. Dr. Senatore then completed his general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Senatore enjoys providing comprehensive dental care for his patients, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, root canals, dental implant restorations, cosmetic veneers, onlays, in-office and home bleaching, night guards & sports guards, removable dentures, and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Senatore is Invisalign certified, and also works with patients who have sleep apnea, or have TMJ discomfort and are heavy grinders.
Dr. Senatore lives in Boston, and is an avid runner and skier, and can often be found running along the Charles River. Dr. Senatore is a member of the ADA, MDS, AGD, and Alpha Omega. He also attained his fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and his fellowship within the Academy of General Dentistry. He has also been recognized as a 2020, 2019 and 2018 Boston Magazine Top Dentist.

Saw me early when I got there early and the front desk ladies were a joy! He was kind and took the time to explain things to me and it didn’t seem like he was trying to scam me/“over diagnose” cavities to make more money. I would recommend going here!

Had the BEST experience at Dr. Senatore's office today! Everyone in the office is so nice and the process was so efficient. The office is beautiful and has cutting edge technology. This is hands down the best experience I've had at a dentist. Most dentists pop in and out for an exam but Dr. Senatore took his time to explain exactly everything to me during the exam. No other dentist has ever done this before! He was very thorough and in depth and had answers to all of my questions. It was apparent that he really cares about his patients and to make sure we understand what is going on. Dr. Senatore didn't rush the appointment and made me feel like I was his priority. I couldn't recommend more!

First thing that struck me was how friendly everyone was! Every person I interacted with was great. In addition, Dr. Senatore explained everything to me in a way that was extremely easy to understand, and when he presented my options and gave recommendations, I trusted him completely. Will be heading back to see them soon.

Visit was wonderful. No exaggeration but probably some of the friendliest staff I've had the pleasure of visiting. They hygienist and receptionist were truly lovely and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I did not actually get to meet Dr. Senatore as he had a family emergency, but other staff was wonderful!

The staff here is always very professional & friendly. The women at the front desk are very patient & helpful. The doctor is very polite & thorough with his work. He is sure to explain every step to you & makes sure you are comfortable. I've actually already recommended this office based on a cleaning I'd had before. I'm very appreciate of the professionals here who found my wisdom tooth that other dentists had told me didn't exist. And I appreciate their efforts to explain all of the details of what they want to do/ are doing to my teeth. Thank you.
