“The X-ray process was very lengthy but thorough. The hygienist did a good job. The dentist was very nice and went over everything quickly. Nothing was an emergency that was noted to me, I have no pain.
I was a bit thrown off when I checked out. That process could have been better. I was there for my basic cleaning/X-rays that I do every 6 months, but it was my first time at this office.
Everything that was mentioned during the review of my X-rays was on the sheet. It was very overwhelming for me, and I take very good care of my teeth. It had the tone of upselling and I felt uncomfortable at the way it was itemized and it was also unclear to me which tooth the numbers referred to. Not sure what I will do about the recommendations, but I will go back for my next 6 months cleaning.”

I wouldn't go back. Sores all over my gums and the Dr told me it was probably just something I ate. Told me to come back in a week if I was still in pain but I was already in pain for a week before I scheduled the appointment. Again, I wouldn't go back there. I feel like he wasn't listening to my concerns. I left still not knowing what was causing all the sores on my gums.
