This is the worst dentist I have ever experienced. I did not see the doctor I booked and the one I did see, asked minimal questions and had no regard for my comfort during the cleaning. What they did do is acknowledge that they were causing pain and bleeding by saying I'd "thank them later."
There was no feedback or conversation about my oral health or x-rays. It seemed like the staff were on a race to see how quickly they could be done. It was a bewildering and somewhat painful appointment. I would not recommend this office.

Teeth cleaning went fine - except two weird things. First, they had the wrong date for my appointment despite showing the confirmation from ZocDoc. Luckily it was easy for me to accommodate their change. But second, the dentist (Dr. Butter) wasn’t even in the office the day of my appointment which was odd and I wish they had told me in advance or rescheduled. They said she’s look at x rays later but never heard back from the office. Friendly office but these two things made them feel disorganized and like I was shortchanged. Probably won’t return to this practice.

Absolutely not. They flagged my account because they just assumed that I gave them the wrong insurance without checking with me first which caused Zocdoc to lock my account.
Then they made me wait for over an hour, and I clearly saw them seeing other patients first and overheard them saying that I have “just a cleaning” so they were comfortable making me wait. I ended up pleading without getting the cleaning after I waited for over an hour.

Great first time visiting this practice. The receptionist is really kind and welcoming and Dr. Butter was also very nice and had a calm presence that really helped ease my daughter’s nerves.

I did not get an appointment with the dentist I booked, but still got my appointment. I continue going back because of all the great reviews but honestly I feel like they are a bit rough with my teeth. Some of the assistants are also harsh and have bad bedside manner.

I have had 5 dentists in my adult life. Dr. Butter is far and away the best one I have seen. Clear and concise when communicating, efficient during treatment, and good bedside manner. Plus, you never feel like you are in the midst of a salesperson which is what many dentists offices feel like. For anyone looking for a comfortable and efficient regular dentist, Dr. Butter is the go to person.

My experience with Dr. Butter's office was overall pretty good! Her front desk staff was nice and kind and I got there early and was seen before my appointment time. The rate for my cavities and other procedures were very reasonable. I thought Dr. Butter was very warm and friendly, but one of her staff members was a bit harsh with my mouth and definitely wasn't as gentle.

They were so kind, compassionate, accommodating and patient. I had been without insurance for some time and this was my first dentist appointment in a while, they were gentle, understanding, affirming, and thorough. Explained everything every step of the way, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Did an amazing job with my teeth, made sure I was informed, and didn’t shame me for my lack of dental care prior to this point. They put the biggest smile on my face and I can’t recommend them enough! My teeth look wonderful and I know they’ll be well cared for from here on out!

MAKE DR. BUTTER YOUR DENTIST!!
This place is amazing!! The front desk ladies are both really caring and concerned people. I had been a patient of the dentist formerly at this location (and I had taken my business elsewhere) but, I got lucky. When Laura called to ask if I would like to return to be seen by the new resident dentist, she said Dr. Butter was terrific. I felt I could trust her. I was certain she had my best interests at heart and that I would have a positive experience. She was right! I was right! IT WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE TO COME HERE!
Dr. Butter is SO professional and so very able and willing to communicate any and all facets of information I request about my dental work/needs. That’s very important to me.
I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE A DENTIST WHO VALUES MY INPUT AND QUESTIONS.
The professionals here make me feel appreciated and respected. I FEEL VERY SAFE COMING HERE. Dental appointments are not stressful at Dr. Butter’s office.

A freakin Mazinggggg! From start to finish the staff was super friendly! I was a nervous wreck (even cried a little) they were all so comforting and the dentist is sooo delicate she made sure I was comfortable and not in pain! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

This is for a separate appointment and not the cleaning but at the same facility.
All the receptionists I talked seemed friendly and no ill will towards the dental assistants. However, this place has 0 respect for your time. The reviews about this place being overbooked are still 100% accurate. If you do choose to come here, be prepared to wait an indeterminate amount of time before you’re ushered into the dental room. Then be prepared to wait another indeterminate amount of time before the dentist will actually see you.
After waiting well over half an hour with no dentist in sight (for the second time!), I simply got up and left.
If you were a patient and showed up over half an hour late to an appointment, you would not be allowed a visit. There’s no reason why it should not be vice-versa.
Definitely will not be going back again.

The wait was about an hour. They were running behind as I think they had a patient earlier who threw off the whole day. In any case Dr. Butter made it worth it. I’ve been having a constant ache in my tooth for the past two years. My dentist (and I) thought it was the fillings that kept cracking as I do clench my jaw at night and don’t always remember to wear my night guard so he would constantly “repair” them. Luckily Dr. Butter took her time to look, examine and basically touch different part of my tooth to assess where the sensitivity was actually located. Let’s just say I thought I would need a crown but bc of her thoroughness and patience all I ended up needing was a new toothbrush and toothpaste. Highly recommend her and would def go back!! She also has a great energy btw, thanks Doctor!

Great first visit with Dr. Butter!
I had an issue with a previous dentist recommending I get Invisalign to correct a spacing issue between two teeth, and Dr. Butter took one look and told me she I just needed a bit of bonding. I truly appreciate that she found a way to help my dental health improve dramatically without charging an unnecessary fortune.
I also really appreciated the dental hygienist, Sara, for listening to and catering to my unique needs during the cleaning.
