The woman at the front desk was very sweet, helpful and attentive. The DA named Nic was also very kind. The doctor was professional but transactional and brief. Some people would prefer this type of brevity but since I get anxiety at the dentist this did not work for me. I would have preferred a thorough summary of my evaluation with clear direction on which avenues of care I should explore (i.e. recommendations for teeth that need immediate treatment.) After I was examined it did take an extended amount of time to be checked in on and I never actually got to see the hygienist as I opted to leave on account of the time I had already waited. Total time spent was approximately two hours and 20 minutes from waiting in the lobby up until check out. This time includes X-rays, examination of my mouth and waiting for an itemized summary for possible treatment.

Dr. Roya is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about her patients. She’s gentle, patient, and always takes the time to explain procedures in detail, which really puts me at ease. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and her attention to detail is impeccable. My teeth have never looked or felt better, and I always leave her office with a smile!
