About Dr. Ruoxi Dai
Dr. Ruoxi Dai is a partner at this office and also serves as an Assistant Professor at Tufts University Dental School.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with high honor from the Advanced Standing Program at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dai also holds a Ph.D. in Dental Public Health from the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Dentistry-ranked among the top five dental schools worldwide by QS-and a Master's degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, she completed her Bachelor's degree at Sun Yat-Sen University.
Dr. Dai was awarded The Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship by the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong and the MPH International Scholarship from Johns Hopkins University in recognition of her outstanding academic achievements.
Her clinical practice focuses primarily on restorative and prosthodontic dentistry. She is an active researcher in restorative dentistry and dental public health, having published nine scientific papers as first or corresponding author in leading peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Dentistry and Oral Diseases. According to Google Scholar, her work has been cited 213 times. Dr. Dai is also an engaged member of the International Association of Dental Research (IADR).

Terrible experience. Travelled 30 miles out of my usual routine to wait 30 minutes after appt start time for staff to tell me I did not have an appt. I had several confirmations from Zoc that my appt was at 3:00 on this day. Rude front office staff. Severe communication issues when trying to discuss situation. They have lost a client.

This clinic is powered with amazing doctors and freshly new equipment and supplies. Dr Dai and Dr Zhong are the best dentists you could find around Greater Boston area.
All my families enjoy each dental visit, not only routine checkups (cleaning up or deep cleaning) but also advanced treatment. My teeth #3, and #14 were extracted due to severe cavities. Dr Dai did great jobs on the extraction and implants, 100% pain free. She knows everything from root canal to personalized implants. I strongly recommend people with dental concerns to talk to her. Super professional and patient.
My recent visit is to remove the wisdom tooth, and Dr. Zhong is super patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel any pain after had the wisdom tooth removed.

I had an overall positive experience seeing Dr. Dai for the first time. The office was clean and quiet, and the check-in process was easy. The dentist chair was comfortable, and Dr. Dai explained everything she was going to do. I liked that Dr. Dai did the entire cleaning rather than just stopping in for a few minutes after a dental hygenist, as I've experienced at some other places. My only complaint is that I had to wait a little over 30 minutes to be seen, but my appointment was at the end of the day, so it's possible that they were uncharacteristically backed up.
