Dr. Cullinan grew up in western Iowa and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa. He moved to Arizona in 2003. He is married and has three teenage daughters. He enjoys travel and skydiving in his spare time. While Dr. Cullinan enjoys all aspects of dentistry, he especially loves helping and caring for his patients and community.
