The office will try to upsell you on dental work. I’ve never experienced a dentist who was so focused on profit. First, I didn’t even meet with the dentist I scheduled an appointment with. Second, this other dentist tried to convince me that I need to replace all of my crowns. Such a waste of time.

Dr Trehan and his dental assistant gave me the most incompetent medical experience in my life. I now know to be more careful about finding an actually experienced dentist in the future. For the cleaning, it's truly remarkable how his assistant could make dull tools feel so sharp, and how he could find so much square footage in my mouth to stab! It was also impressive how much water he managed to spray outside of my mouth and on my clothes and face
After the cleaning, Dr Trehan then informed me of a dental “issue” that was of no concern to any other dentist I’ve asked before or after. It was an expensive procedure with many complications and much pain. That’s on me for trusting that my dentist wouldn’t upsell his services on my body like a car salesman. My temporary filling was supposed to last 3 weeks. It fell out on the 4th day. The replacement fell out with the very first bite of food. The permanent filling has completely changed my bite/smile and remains remains very sensitive

I had a dental visit yesterday with Dr. Trehan for a routine check-up and cleaning. The hygienist was great during the first part of the visit—she took X-rays and pictures and explained how they use the 3D imaging technology, which I found really interesting. During the exam, Dr. Trehan noticed some gum inflammation and took the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on and laid out a clear plan for treatment moving forward. It was a productive visit, and I appreciated how attentive and informative both the hygienist and Dr. Trehan were.

For my first visit it was nice. What was done was explained in a concise way. It was nice to see a detail of what needs to be done, what my insurance will cover and what is coming out of pocket

Bad experience here. I’ve been going to the dentist every 6 months most of my life and this was by far the worst dental experience I’ve had. Went for a cleaning and dental hygienist was very rough and clearly inexperienced. No one ever communicated the what was happening. The hygienist polished my teeth before the dentist came in to clear plaque, which I’ve never seen done in this order (always clearing plaque before polishing.) The staff who called and met me at reception were unfriendly and somewhat rude. I apparently have cavities that need filled, but I’ll be getting a second opinion and getting any other work done by a dentist I trust. Also, did not get to see the dentist I selected on Zocdoc. Lastly, the pictures online make the office seem nice & modern, but it’s camera angles or old pictures. Floor boards are uneven, office is cramped, waiting chairs are plastic, I had to ask for water (was not offered), everything looks kinda dingy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am so happy I’ve found this office. It’s close to the metro, everyone in the office is friendly and I trust them to get my teeth back on track after some persistent issues have returned. Highly recommend!
