Wasn't seen by the provider, and the hours listed aren't hours she works there (she doesn't even work in that office and only works in their DC office 1 day/wk). She had a 5 star rating and appointments available every day, but that's not who I saw. Who I saw was decent (4 teeth extracted) but it was a bait and switch & they have a lot of dentists on Zocdoc but only saw 1 in the office but all had all hours listed. Decent but not special, but the bait and switch was unforgivable.

The appt was rescheduled by the office, No big deal. This is common when booking through ZocDoc. I was sent a text with documents to fill out for the office. Called the office 7/17 to confirm my 7/18 appt bc I had not received anything confirming it, confirmed and they saw my documents were on file. Show up on 7/18 for my appt and I’m not in the system for my appt. Confirmed the address and the phone number from the text. After waiting sometime I left, I didn’t want to get squeezed in and rushed through.

Her warm and caring approach instantly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the treatment accordingly. Dr. Vahid's expertise and attention to detail were truly remarkable. I'm so grateful for her expertise and personalized approach. She is top notch!
