This office refused to preform a cleaning as scheduled. They claimed I needed to begin scheduling every 4 months due to a dental condition I was not aware about, and said that insurance would only cover the basic cleaning which I no longer can get. My prior dentist I had for years never identified this ‘issue’, and I only had to schedule with a new one because I moved across the country. Overall, I would not recommend scheduling with this office, as I feel they are trying to pull as much money from the patient and insurance as they can, rather than taking care of the patients actual needs.

i just moved and booked my appointment online was so excited based on the reviews to find a new dentist. i input my insurance and they called and verfied our birthdates and said our insurance transposed the dates. Then they called again and said they could not confirm our insurance. I did my research and they are in network. i called the insurance company and they verified our birthdays are accurate Sage dental is in network and coverages. i called them back and the receptionist could not connect with the local office but I left a message with the phone number to call my insurance company. No response! I cancelled our appointments and still looking for a dentist office that actually has the capacity and wants to take on new clients. steer clear of Sage Dental.

Friendly staff, new and good bedside manners. My only complaint which did not make this 5 stars was their style of only doing x rays first and then cleaning for second appointment, which was not communicated until I arrived and something I have never heard of before when going to a dentist for first visit. This obviously requires another appointment and extra co-pay which seems unnecessary. It was also difficult to find the establishment as they do not advertise as Sage Dental on the signs outside the office. Everything else was great.

Good overall experience.. friendly staff. Appointment took longer than anticipated but it was because of a technology issue that was out of the staff’s control.

This office staff made my dental visit as pleasant as it can be. I was seen and got treated within 24 hours of my first contact. The Doc was great and mindful of controlling expense as much as possible. I would highly recommend.

Sandra Badrous was very considerate and listened to me. I had so much pain and due to the amount of pain I was in, was very patient with me. She didn’t proceed until I was comfortable with the procedure. I would recommend this office and Sandra as a provider.
