Beautiful dental office!
We arrived 5-10 mins before the appointment time. The parking lot was confusing and the entry way was not clearly identifiable. It took some time to locate my daughter's appointment once we were inside. The clinic did not accept the online forms.
The clinic had a chalkboard sign welcoming new patients. My daughter was not identified as one of their new clients. We did not see the dentist who the appointment was booked with. No proper introductions were made from entry to exit. However, the clinic attempted to schedule future appointments, when there was never a connection made.
I passed at least 100 dentists to get to this appointment. Had no expectations but I was not impressed. The clinic served its purpose: I was in desperate need for a dental physical for my daughter's school and that's exactly what I got.
I thank ZOCDOC for providing a service where consumers have access to scheduling appointments. Great idea!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chicago kiDDS! All of their staff from the front reception to the dentist are kind, compassionate and patient. We moved close to two hours away, and I still commute to Palos Heights for my kids to continue at the practice. My kids have no fear of the dentist and that is due to the services provided. Wonderful experience, always! Thank you ??

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr Sandra and Chicagokidds! She completed work that my family dentist did not feel comfortable doing. There was no wait time, everything was very organized and well explained. My son was very nervous in the beginning but was ok by the end and loved all the goodies he got to take home.

Chicago Kidds is my go to for my kid’s dental visits. The staff are all super nice and welcoming, the doctors are all very helpful and sweet to my child. Dr. Sandra is my favorite, she’s so sweet with my 2 year old and helps make any appointment s quick and painless as can be. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Sandra Trinh is absolutely fantastic! She is highly professional, very skilled, and provides a sense of calm as she is treating my 3 children. Further, she communicates with us (parents) very well. We are very grateful for her efficiency and patience as kids aren’t necessarily the best when it comes to going to the dentist! I most definitely recommend Dr. Sandra Trinh without any reservations. She’s the best!
