About Dr. So Jung Lee

Dr. So Jung Lee earned her Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University through the Pre-Professional Scholars Program, an accelerated combined program completed in seven years (3+4). She completed her Residency in Dental Implant at Università UniCamillus | Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences in Rome, Italy, where she also recently received her Master’s degree with an emphasis on advanced surgeries involving dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, and soft tissue. She is currently pursuing a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Lee grew up in Daejeon, South Korea, until she was 12 years old. Afterward, she moved to Northern Virginia, having lived in several cities across the U.S., including Northampton (MA), Great Falls (VA), Cleveland (OH), and Mississauga, Canada. Dr. Lee’s main focus is to provide her patients with the care they need using the best and most advanced technology and techniques available. She continually refines her skills and expertise by attending hundreds of hours of continuing education each year—more than 4 to 5 times the annual continuing education requirements. She participates in lectures held by renowned institutes and talented instructors, including SPEAR Education, Pankey Institute, Great Implant Academy, Global Dental Implant Academy, Implant Accelerators, Next Level Dentistry, DC Facial Art Forum, West Coast Study Club, East Coast Study Club, and many more. She is also a member of study clubs affiliated with the Pankey Institute, SPEAR Education, International Team for Implantology (ITI), and the Mid-Atlantic division of the Korean American Dental Association. Dr. Lee has also served in free clinics and mission trips both within and outside the United States, providing free dental care to people in underserved areas.
