Dr. Stacy Spizuoco is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. After graduation she completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. She works in private practice in New York City and has volunteered as a clinical instructor at Columbia College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Spizuoco performs charitable work including organizing bi-annual dental missions with World of Smiles to Dominican Republic. She also volunteers at local missions such as Give Kids A Smile Day and Special Olympics. March 2019 she was one of fourteen women dentist leaders to be invited to the inaugural class of Glidewell Guiding Leaders.
Dr. Spizuoco is a member of the American Dental Association, member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners, Fellow of the American College of Dentists, Treasurer and Board Member of the New York Academy of Dentistry, member of American Association of Women Dentists, member of Women to Women Dental Network, and Key Opinion Leader at Glidewell Dental Lab. She is a national lecturer and writer on various dental topics.
When Dr. Spizuoco is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys expanding her creative horizons by cooking Italian cuisine, traveling to Italy to learn the craft even further, and bringing home her newfound knowledge to her culinary friends. In addition for her love of food and cooking, she enjoys jewelry making pottery, painting, design, running half marathons, spinning, yoga, snowboarding, surfing, travel and animals – especially her two chihuahuas.

Dr. Spizuoco was fantastic. She treated me very well. I had a cavity that needed some attention. She was very delicate and made sure I was not in any pain during the process. I went in feeling uneasy, but she treated me like family. Making sure I left with the treatment I needed and comfortable with how I felt. I was happy to smile again when she was finished treating me.

Excellent dentist! Got me in for a toothache right away as a new patient and made sure my concerns were addressed. Got me into a specialist she works with that day to rule in/out the option of a root canal and within a week the problem tooth was pulled by another specialist dentist she works with! Pain was managed pre and post removal and I'm on my way to an implant, which Dr. Spizuco will be making based on the removed tooth which she already used to make me a temporary replacement until I can get a real implant in a few months. Very happy!

I am incredibly scared of dental procedures, and haven’t seen a dentist in years because of it. I was immediately eased by the front desk and the Dr. was amazing. She was SO patient with me, and I have never ever had a dentist that listened to my concerns and took everything at my pace. It feels so odd to say, but I never thought I would be so grateful for a dentist appointment.
