About Dr. Steve Shiflett

Dr. Shiflett attended Western University of Health Sciences and graduated in 2013 with a degree in Dental Medicine. While at Western, Dr. Shiflett was elected class president and was the student director of the Victorville externship rotation site. After completing graduation requirements he pursued advanced topics in moderate sedation and surgery. Dr. Shiflett went into private practice immediately after graduation and continues to study advanced topics in dentistry. He has completed advance training in implant placements and restorations, bone and sinus grafting, and is an active member of the Spear Study Club. Dr. Shiflett was born in Elma and raised in Olympia, WA. He and his wife Melissa were married in 2001 and have four daughters. He enjoys outdoor activities, aviation, and music.
