“All the staff are very polite, friendly while keeping the professionalism as a top priority. Doctor Sunaina Sood answered all of my questions. They worked with my insurance and gave us much better price then other dental providers who quoted us three times higher price then this provider. This dental provider will charge you only what you require and cut all unnecessary stuff that other provider try to charge you to make money out of you. After visiting this office of doctor Sunaina Sood, my wife also decided to go to this doctor. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit at least once for all your dental need. You will not be disappointed that is for sure. ”

The office is very efficient. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor is fantastic. Very caring, explains everything thoroughly. I just felt really comfortable and that I was in very good hands. Which is so important.

As with every visit to one of these dental chain stores, a lot of unexpected expenses were pulled out at the front desk, NOT covered by my insurance, which I had called the day before, and had assured me that it was.
My husband was the patient. He is a disabled veteran with PTSD and TBI, so I asked that I be advised when he was being seen by the doctor. I was not, and he was unable to explain why he was there.
The reason for his visit, a painful upper molar, was not even addressed until after we were presented with a "bill" for work that "had to urgently be done" before anything else!
It was not until I addressed this issue with the dentist that she took another look at the x-ray and noticed there was infection and a cracked crown there!
Then they hastily drew up another bill, detailing the huge costs of redoing the painful tooth!
Not a good experience!
