I recently had a root canal and the entire procedure, she was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle. She took the time to explain what was happening, checked in with me frequently, and never rushed me or dismissed my fears. For the first time, I felt like my anxiety was taken seriously rather than ignored. This experience was completely different from my past ones.
