“I was greeted when I came in. I completed the new patient paperwork and waited for about 10 minutes and was taken in the back to get X-rays. The technician was very patient and polite. I then went to the room and got examined by the dentist. I told them everything that was going on and they understood what I wanted to accomplish. We came up with a plan and will be moving forward. My next stop was speaking with the lady who does the billing. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She helped me figure some things out so now I will be resuming my treatment.
Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. The office was very clean. I will definitely be going back and I will refer anyone that I know to this office that is in need of dental work.”

She is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Berkeley Dental Association. Dr. Lin is fluent in Mandarin.

The people there were great and really welcoming. They did a great job answering my questions and including me in the process. I am glad to have found a new dentist and I will happily go to them again in the future. Also, the parking situation is great! Huge parking lot!
