About Dr. Tiffany Bolen
Dr. Tiffany Bolen does not accept Medicaid Insurance or Peach State Insurance at Perfecting Smiles with Gentle Hands in Decatur.
She has been practicing dentistry for over 18 years in the Atlanta area. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and completed her dental residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Bolen is committed to staying abreast of the newest dental technology through organized dental groups such as the Academy of General Dentistry and other continuing education. Her mission is to provide complete dental care to all ages through education, prevention, restoration, rehabilitation and aesthetics. Dr. Bolen is delighted to serve the community of Decatur and the surrounding areas through her family dental practice.

I came in for a check-up and cleaning, expecting to receive a basic cleaning as discussed, with any additional services to be explained beforehand. Instead, I was told I could either pay for the recommended (more expensive) cleaning since my insurance didn’t cover the particular cleaning or reschedule my appointment because the provider had other patients waiting. I feel this was unfair, as I still had a scheduled appointment and should have been offered the basic cleaning that is covered. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, as I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a patient.

Girl I know this great dentist the staff is considered, compassion, and understanding and very thorough. Very informative and the Dr. Secretary, assistant was very polite and she lets you know what she going to do it before she do it. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

So glad I chose Dr Bolen because this was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had and it was only for a consultation/cleaning!
She was an attentive listener and gave relevant feedback and resolutions. Everything in the office flowed seamlessly from check in to check out and the MA was pleasant and professional as well!

Dr. Bolen is fantastic! Even at 7am she was humming a tune while cleaning my teeth. She took the time to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied with everything.

Upon arrival I was cheerfully greeted by receptionist. The hygienist, Vivian, respected my wishes to not use the hydrosonic cleaner and instead cleaned my teeth manually. She did a gentle and thorough job. Dr Bolen is friendly, professional and patient. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained the course for further treatment. I highly recommend Dr Bolen and the staff in the Decatur office.

Can't recommend enough. Her and her staff were so insanely personable, i felt like i'd known them for years. Dr. Bolen patiently explained everything to me and walked me through all my options, even explaining low-cost alternatives to try before replacing a filling. She even personally did my cleaning when the hygienist was momentarily delayed. Great team!

Everytime I go to Dr. Bolen's office she is very professional. Her and staff is so great and always checking on me to make sure that I'm doing good and that I am satisfied. Dr. Bolen was friendly. She was very thorough in explaining any issues I had going on. She was open to questions and asked several times to make sure that I fully understood what I needed to know for my dental care. The hyngenist Vivian was friendly as well and made sure that I was always comfortable.
