“This dental office is run very efficiently with friendly, professional staff at every level. I am always impressed that they stay on top of the latest advancements and developments in the dental field and their equipment and methods are state-of-the-art. Customer service is obviously a high priority; I am always treated royally at each visit. It is a busy, thriving office but it never feels chaotic. It runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone knows their job and the staff is happy and well-trained. I highly recommend this dental office for friendly, personalized professional care. ”

About Dr. Trenton Platt
Dr. Trent attended the University of Louisville, where he earned his dental degree. He studied to address a range of dental issues, he specializes in the treatment of jaw pain, toothaches, Temporo-Mandibular Joint pain, cavities, and sensitive teeth. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Louisville and had his choice of specialties vying for his entrance into their programs. He chose to not limit the scope of his future practice to a certain specialty but to give his talents and gifts to all patients and benefit everyone from children to retirees and build the future of dentistry in Colorado Springs.

Both of my experiences at this office were amazing. They do an awesome job of explaining things and do an even better job at making you feel welcome. As a person who avoided dental work for some time, they have changed my outlook on going to the dentist.

I was told ahead of time how much the procedure would cost and how long it would take. Both the dentist and the assistant were professional and courteous, explaining everything thoroughly and were cognizant of my comfort level.

I have just a couple comments; I thought the music selection was a bit loud not only with volume but also with the selection, genre. I thought Penelope was a little too rough when flossing but Jillian was excellent. Thank you for hearing my comments.

Everyone is always welcoming, caring, professional, and efficient. Always a pleasure visiting. They got me in illness than 24hrs due to the severity of my situation. Called in my script and it has helped from the first use. Thank you Dr. Trent and team.

While I do not have any hesitation with seeing the dentists in the practice, I am repeatedly disappointed with back-office issues. In the past I've been surprised by insurance not paying due to a coding issue or lack of annual benefits.
Most recently, I'm being told that my procedure would cost one price, then that I would receive an email with a treatment plan (which I never received) and told yet a third price by the check-out, and me having to be rather assertive about the price I was told over then phone. Then to find out that additional charges were being put on for, potentially, an optional procedure (that I wasn't told was optional).
My wife thinks I should find another practice.

Every visit has been great. The hygienists are always friendly and do excellent work.
Dr, Trent is always thorough and caring. Would not go anywhere else for dental work.
P.S. I have gone to Platt Dental since 2000. Of course Dr. Trent wasn't a dentist yet. Not even close.

I have a very hard time going to the dentist… but Dr. Trent has always put me at ease. His whole staff works hard to make your trip to the dentist be as easy as possible considering your at the dentist lol

Dr. Trent is an “Exceptional Dentist “ in my opinion, he always takes time and makes the extra effort to explain the ongoing procedure and breaks everything down in layman’s terms so there’s never a doubt in why the procedure must be performed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful !!! I have already referred a couple of friends of mine who were seeking a great dentist to Dr. Trent and the early feedback is they are equally as happy !!!

Great service today. Dr. Trent and Mel got so much accomplished in such a nice short visit. No pain medication needed with the modern tools being used. I thoroughly appreciate the level of care and efficiency I saw at work today. Kudos to the whole team.
