About Dr. Van Che
Dr. Van Che began her dental journey in Vietnam, where she attended dental school and established her practice. After several years of honing her skills and serving patients in Vietnam, Dr. Che decided to further her education and broaden her expertise. She moved to the United States and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2021.
For the past three years, Dr. Che has been a dedicated general dentist in the Jacksonville area, where she focuses on helping patients achieve the healthy and beautiful smiles they desire. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Dr. Che takes pride in creating a comfortable and trusting environment for her patients.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Che leads a vibrant and fulfilling life. She is passionate about cooking, often experimenting with diverse cuisines to create delicious meals for her family. I was greeted with a contagious smile upon arrival. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is professional and friendly. There wasn’t much of a wait time after completing my new patient paperwork. The office is clean and smells delightful. Everything was explained to me in layman’s terms. The assistant, preventative team, front and back office, and the dentist were all incredible! This office works together for its clients. A+Team!

Doctor lied directly to my face. The dental hygienist thoroughly examined my teeth. She notated that and I am aware that I had gingivitis, the only 5 she said directly was in relation to them poking at my gums. She said specifically I did not have periodontal disease and recommended a gingivitis cleaning. This was highly unprofessional and a robbery attempt. A dental hygienist that is confident is well aware of what she is looking at.

The doctor was very rude. she was very anxious and rough when she was in my mouth. I’m asking questions that she did not want to answer at all. Rushed my appointment and when writing my treatment plan she told the assistant to finish up front because she has other patients.l Soon as she walks off she tells me to talk up front to get my Plan. I walk up from the assistant ask me did she bring me . I told her no she told me to go on my own because she has patients.
I was not rude to her but I did ask question as I should be able to.
I DO NOT want to come back to this office at all .
