Dr. Chen received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of California, San Francisco. There, she was apart of the American Association of Women in Dentistry. Dr. Chen then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Certificate in Orthodontics.
