About Dr. Vivian Tang
Dr. Vivian Tang earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California. She has practiced dentistry in various locations throughout the Bay Area before laying down roots and opening her practice in the Tri-Valley area. Dr. Tang's warm, caring personality will make you feel at ease during your visit. What she loves most about her job is getting to know her patients and forming long-lasting relationships built on openness, trust, and care.
Your comfort during your visit is very important to us – we place great emphasis on creating a warm and welcoming environment. Our office utilizes the latest technologies, from digital x-rays that minimize your radiation exposure and intraoral cameras to paperless charting. We also strive to practice green dentistry.

Dr. Tang was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She discussed gum health, teeth health, listened to all my concerns and did not rush through the appointment at all. She gave me all the information I needed and it felt very personal and nice. I will be referring all my friends/family to her. If you are looking for a helpful dentist who is looking to truly help you take care of your teeth, go to her!

My whole family has been going to Dr. Tang for over 15 years and I have recommended her to many people. The office is immaculate, her front desk assistant is always pleasant and efficient, the dentist does her own cleaning (which we like!) and we actually enjoy going to the dentist :-)

Dr. Tang is the right amount of friendliness and professionalism. Her office staff is just her and her assistant, who is also very friendly and competent. I like that she does not have a dental hygienist and does everything herself. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

She is both thorough and gentle in her own work -- as well as great in keeping abreast of information as the central hub coordinating the work of any other dental specialists involved in the patient's care. Dr. Tang goes out of her way to always make you feel comfortable as a patient. She is very professional, and takes her time to truly make your visit enjoyable. As someone who does not prefer going to the dentist, she makes the visit manageable. I am thankful for her kindness and thorough job during each visit.
