About Dr. William Gonce

Dr. William E. Gonce is a native of Delaware and grew up in the Newark area. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland in 1990 where he was a member of the Gorgas Odontological Society. After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Gonce returned to Wilmington to complete a General Practice Residency at Christiana Care. He has been in private practice in the Wilmington/Hockessin area since 1991 and relocated to the Rehoboth Beach area in 2022. Dr. Gonce is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Delaware State Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. One of Dr. Gonce’s passions is continuing education and he has attended numerous workshops and seminars which has provided him with extensive training in esthetic/cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers & veneers, Invisalign orthodontics as well as reconstruction of the bite utilizing bridgework and dental implants.
