Dr. William Starner is a US Navy Veteran who graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1977, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Starner is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and a Life Member of the New York State Dental Association.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Starner enjoys being a proud parent of four children and three grandchildren, reading, and golfing.

It was friendly and fast very new nice clean office and the bilingual staff was necessary for my husband’s visit. Happy to be booked in right away! Thank you for your time! We will be getting on a program for future visits to make it affordable!

Well it was pretty good, not great, lot of confusion and uncertainty around insurance that covered everything. Basically your staff trying to figure things out, kind of inexperienced and there was no one there, I was last appointment so it was kind of disappointing that it was not handled well.

Doc Starner and staff were wonderful. Listened carefully to my concerns. We’re very reassuring. Docs skill with getting me numb right away were excellent. Offered suggestions on pain management incorporating what I was already doing. Treatment plan abd next steps clear. Best part… I was out of pain! Would highly recommend and will go there again for routine and any other care.

Immaculate office, friendly efficient front desk service, excellent hygienist and Dr Starmer was honest, excellent communicator, very honest and informative of my dental needs and had a very warm bedside manner. I would highly recommend this Denist and office.

I have been researching finding a Dentis here in Florida. This has been one of my best experiences in a Dentist office all around. The staff was friendly with big smiles and the Dentist listen to why I was there and helped me get the result I was looking for. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.
