About Dr. Wonseok Jang

Meet Dr. Jang
Dr. Wonseok Jang is a board-certified periodontist (Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology) and a specialist in gum care and dental implants.
He is also a teacher. At Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, he is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of the Postgraduate Periodontics Program, where he trains dentists who are becoming periodontists. Teaching keeps him close to current research, and he brings that evidence-based approach to every patient he treats.
His philosophy

Dr. Jang is a welcome addition to the Sunny Dental Care team. He is thorough and intentional with every patient. He talked me through my gum graft procedure and answered all my questions. My recovery was also easy because of his care to detail. He is also kind, pleasant, accesible, and knowledgeable. He made himself available during recovery. Total recommend from me!
