She is passionate about oral health and helping families build meaningful relationships with their dental team. Originally from sunny Southern California, she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed a fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to expand her training in caring for children with various neurodevelopmental disabilities. Having fallen in love with the East Coast, she then completed her pediatric residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, gaining special competence in caring for children with special healthcare needs and craniofacial conditions.

I understand that not all offices take all insurances but the office should clearly communicate with potential patients. At first the schedule on ZocDoc was wrong so I had to reschedule for a much closer appointment and my insurance was confirmed. Then an email was sent on Wednesday saying actually that they only had the medical insurance information and needed an updated dental that I unfortunately missed. While I am totally responsible for my emails, between ZocDoc and the office there are sooo many communications via text and email that I made a mistake. What annoys me so much is that the email was sent on Wednesday and since I missed it the office received no reply so why didn’t I receive a phone call before my Saturday appointment to confirm the insurance? Instead I was told when my child and I arrived on Saturday morning. The dentist could be the best dentist ever but the front office worker leaves much to be desired with how they treat potential patients.Communication is key.

I would 100% reccomend this doctor. She was so patient with my daughter who had bad experiences in the past. Seeing her made my daughter feel better about seeing the dentist again. Very gentle and kind doctor. At the end she and the staff gave amazing and helpful tips.
