The staff was very friendly and professional, but my overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication. I booked a routine cleaning through because my regular dentist was unavailable. After arriving, I spent nearly an hour having X-rays taken, only to be told at the end that I would need to schedule my cleaning for another day. At no point during scheduling or the confirmation call was I informed that a cleaning would not be performed during this visit. The X-ray process was also unusually long and uncomfortable. While the technician was kind, it appeared she may have been in training, and I would have appreciated more communication about the process. I ultimately decided to return to my regular dentist, but obtaining my records was another frustration. I was told I needed to complete a release form and wait up to 14 days to receive my own dental records. Overall, the staff was pleasant, but the lack of transparency and inefficient processes left me disappointed.
