“I had a really great experience with Dr. Lo. This was my first visit, and honestly it was such a relief after seeing three other dentists who all gave me vague answers and no real direction.
I ended up finding Dr. Lo and decided to make the drive (a little over an hour), and it was completely worth it. From the start, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Lo took the time to actually explain what was going on in a way that made sense, answered all my questions, and didn’t rush me at all. It was the first time I felt like I had clear, honest answers.
Overall, just a really positive experience, and I’m glad I found this office. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Lo.”

I was extremely unhappy with this visit from the moment I walked in. The office was absolutely filthy, and nobody seemed to look very professional, except for maybe the Doctor Who did not know my name and call me somebody else’s name when I signed up for my appointment I had specifically signed up for a cleaning and to get a chipped tooth fixed when I got there I got full x-rays and then I received a quote in a treatment plan and never received a cleaning or my tooth fixed at checkout. I asked the girl about the chip tooth being fixed. She’s like which tooth is it and I showed her she’s like well. Which number is it she wanted me to know the number of the tooth that I needed fixed. I said I don’t know. I don’t work here. That’s something you would know she’s like I don’t know I’m not a doctor. Honestly, I left with a quote for work that for my mouth and nothing had been done not even a time offered to schedule basic cleaning. I was furious. I would not recommend this practice.
