Dr. Zahra Bagheri is a uniquely qualified and highly trained dentist, as she is one of very few dentists worldwide to hold two dental specialties. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in Iran and subsequently pursued advanced education at Boston University earning her specialty degrees in both Periodontics and Prosthodontics. Following her interest in learning more about implant dentistry she earned a Masters in Implantology. Her intense training plus extensive background in research provide expertise and insight on the most updated materials and surgical techniques. Her passionate, and patient-centered approach to dentistry, deliver the best functional and visually appealing outcomes. Treatment is catered to patients case by case, and her years of experience in the field allow for successful treatment in implant, aesthetic, and full mouth rehabilitation cases. Dr. Bagheri is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology and currently a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Bagheri lectures internationally and is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, and Academy of Osseointegration. In her free time, Dr. Bagheri enjoys working with the community, spending time with family, travelling, and poetry.
