“The staff, Margie, was friendly and treated me like was an old friend. The doctor, Dr. D, was thorough and explained everything. Sonya, in financial, explained everything that was needed. There was no rush or overkill. I was given a copy of the estimate, which was concise and to the point. I would, ignore past bad reviews and go to make your own opinion. I definitely recommend this practitioner. ”

This was my very first visit to this dental clinic. I arrived 15 mins early. There were a couple of people waiting in the waiting room, one of whom was starting to get agitated because she was waiting for a long time. A couple people came in after me, waited for a short time, then were called into their appointment.
I sat waiting for 47 mins after my scheduled appt time and not once did anyone say anything to me nor did they apologize for the wait when I went to the receptionist to ask whether I should reschedule. In fact, I was told that I should have scheduled at an earlier time. I cancelled my appt and I will not be rescheduling with this clinic in the future.

Overall I enjoyed my experience, the dentist, dentist assistant and dental hygienist that assisted me were very kind, however the wait time was a little long. My appointment was at 11 AM, I was not called back until maybe 11:15/20, understandable. After the dental assistant did my scans there was a very long wait for the dentist to see me. Dr. D did an AMAZING job at explaining everything to me and I appreciated that. Just the wait time and a "not so kind," financial assistant (the person who I paid my fees with and set my next appointment with), were the only cons of my experience.
