“First of all, it's great MAX Family Vision opens on Sunday. Very convenient. My first time here, but very impressed with everything. Dr. Mak is very knowledgeable and patient. I have high prescription and have been bothered in the past year by an inappropriate prescription I got from a different place. Dr. Mak identified the issue and fixed it. I'm very happy. He also explained the overall condition of my eye health. Strongly recommend Dr. Mak!”

“This place far exceeded my expectation. Both the doctor and front desk were extremely patient and kind. The doctor spent 45 minutes with me and his exam was the most thorough that I had ever got. He didn't just tell me what I need, but explained the why behind it. Even though I'm 30 minutes away, I am getting sure I will be return to this place for all of my future needs.”

About Dr. Ronnie Mak
Dr. Ron Mak earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry in Boston. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Ron Mak has over a decade of clinical experience in comprehensive eye care, myopia management, and medical optometry. He is passionate about helping patients of all ages maintain optimal vision and ocular health.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mak enjoys spending time with his wife and their young son. He values family, lifelong learning, and helping others see the world more clearly—both literally and figuratively.

Outstanding experience! Dr. Mak is the best eye doctor I've ever seen. He provided an extremely thorough eye exam and took the time to explain all the results and ways to prevent progression in a very professional yet easy to understand manner. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the clinic is very clean, modern and very well equipped. Highly recommend!

My mom recently got a pair of progressive glasses from Dr. Mak and the experience was outstanding. From the moment she put them on, her vision was clear and comfortable with no adjustment period. Dr. Mak and staff were amazing from taking accurate measurements to being patient and professional.
