The office messaged me about parking in the right place so that I didn’t get towed. The tip for parking is to read the signs closely for the spaces behind the building. Look for the ones that say two hour parking as many say reserved parking. You could tell that the doctor was knowledgeable and he came up with a course of action to treat my symptoms. ”

Experience a sigh of relief feeling like your medical provider truly cares when you visit them - from the Clean office. Friendly staff. Dr. Javed Sadiq was fantastic! He was friendly, polite, quick, and yet listened carefully to everything I said. He provided good explanations and answered all my questions. I'm confident in his diagnosis of my ailments and he immediately wrote the necessary prescriptions and scheduled several more tests to either rule out or check for other issues. I'll definitely be seeing him again if any problems arise in the future!

I highly recommend Dr. Sadiq (Five Stars). His bedside manner was calming and reassuring. His compassionate approach made a significant difference as I was very nervous about my appointment. I felt genuinely cared for, respected, and valued as a patient. I had read previous negative comments about his staff prior to scheduling my appointment. I'm glad that did dissuade me from scheduling my appointment with Dr. Sadiq. Not sure if he has always done this but when I arrived, he sat in the bull pin with his staff and I've never seen a doctor do that. I'm sure if there where any issues, he's addressing it. His staff was very professional when I spoke to them on the phone and when I was in the office. Regarding Zocdoc, my online forms did not transfer over to the doctor's office. That could be a technical error with Zocdoc.

This office and Dr. Sadiq are SO wonderful and have perfect bedside manner and customer service. He listened to all my concerns and took the necessary steps to help me get to the bottom of what's going on with me. The whole office (from front desk workers to the PAs) they are all sweet and concise. While I'm still getting to the bottom of what's going on, they're doing a good job in helping me and following up with me.
One thing I MUST say that as a women, I really appreciated that Dr. Sadiq didn't write off any of my symptoms as being anxiety-based only. I think it's easy for doctors to write off stuff like that and I appreciated that he didn't.
The only annoyance I could call out is that I wasn't able to pay my co-pay there and have to use a bill to pay first (which is better for most people) or use their portal but for me I like to pay upfront. They don't have a credit card reader there, so just keep that in mind for payment! Not the end of the world.

The appointment 11am was on time, the in-take process was efficient, testings ordered cover all of our concerns previously and currently. Dr Sadiq is excellent; however his staff was terrible. I was sent for four tests at outside labs — and instructed on how to obtain NONE of them. When I called the office back I was provided INCORRECT contact information for UCI Hospital’s GI department, and finally, the office team did not instruct me how to prepare for the various lab tests (fasting, diet restrictions, etc).
Thankfully Dr Sadiq had told me to stay away from lactose, so I had that tip. But I was guessing at everything else, and am STILL CONCERNED I may need to do secondary testing in the event I prepared incorrectly.
Not a pleasant experience.

Doctor gave me a weird vibe. Didn’t even offer a rectal exam til I mentioned something. While looking for the paper cloth to cover from my waist down, he dropped a box where the used needles go and put it back where it fell from. He grabbed my paper cloth without washing his hands after picking up the needle box. After my exam, the nurse forgot to close my door so I can change took her a minute to remember. The office stash was unprofessional, a lot are young people that seem to not really know what they’re doing
