Getting to know Dr. Aaron Reichlin

Dr. Aaron Reichlin is an attentive, warm psychiatrist treating patients in the Chicago and greater Illinois areas. His goal as a practitioner is to foster a solid and trusting therapeutic relationship with his patients and then strive to instill hope. His ability to listen sincerely and truly empathize with his patients distinguishes him, and his patients respond to his ability to understand them. In order to pursue his medical degree, Dr. Reichlin attended Loyola University. He continued his medical education through a residency program at Northwestern University, where he focused on the study of general psychiatry. He keeps his practice up-to-date with meetings through the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Technology in Psychiatry. Patients visiting Dr. Reichlin can receive a full range of psychiatric care. He treats patients with issues including relationship problems, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, alcoholism, personality disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Reichlin enjoys the outdoors, travel, and athletic activities. While I am not an in network provider with any insurance, I am happy to help you figure out and submit for reimbursement.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Your experiences are unique to you — and your mental health care should be, too. Freudly provides personalized care through a hybrid approach that blends remote evaluation with live visits, when needed. By combining the benefits of in-person interactions with technology-driven assessments, visits are high quality yet distilled and focused. Affordable, Expert Care Mental health care is essential — but often expensive. Freudly provides more affordable, high-quality care tailored specifically to your needs, all in a comfortable and supportive environment. Accessibility Your quality of life matters, regardless of where in Illinois you call home. Freudly’s remote assessments make it easier for you to access mental health care, even if you live in remote or underserved areas. With our model, your doctor is also available when you need them. Ongoing, Continuous Care Freudly offers responsive mental health care — so you get attention when you need it most. We’re also the first to leverage PsychNow technology to improve both the accuracy of our assessments and our response times. The Right Medication at the Right Time When it comes to medication management, the one-size-fits-all, trial-and-error approach is outdated and risky. Our continuous-care check-ins allow us to identify opportunities to initiate medication when it will be most effective, as well as taper off or discontinue medications when they are no longer necessary. We can also accommodate faster prescription refills, as we have nurse administrators and a physician assistant on staff. Personalized Care and Recommendations We carefully take into account each patient’s unique genetic, physiological, and psychological characteristics when making recommendations related to your mental health care. When needed, Freudly may also use genetic testing to determine your most effective medication strategy and minimize potential side effects.

? Dr. Reichlin is paving the way for the future of psychiatry. He explained the nuts and bolts of cutting edge technology for tracking everything: patient , symptoms, medications?, chart? etc management. Digital symptom tracking? He will explain. ? If you want efficiency and the best psychiatric patient experience-hit up Dr. Reichlin.
Most psychiatrists are just figuring out how to use voicemail and email. Dr Reichlin has a modern approach to digital treatment tracking and communication.
    He does great work
    Very good.
Given supply and demand, it is hard to book a psychiatrist appointment in Chicago. Dr. Reichlin is the best. If you’ve been through 20 psychiatrists within a 20 mile radius, you would know the stark difference between Dr. Reichlin and other exact same specialists??
    Worth the wait!
Getting an in-person psychiatric consultation with an MD is not cheap and a long wait. Dr. Reichlin was worth the wait and his first time consultation fee is congruent with his quality of care. I felt treated with the utmost respect and dignity, and there were uncomfortable topics for me to introduce. He made me feel super comfortable and validated my circumstantial troubles. He’s a well-respected physician who is well-connected with top -class providers in the Chicagoland area (psychotherapists, cbt psychologists, nutritionists, integrative health providers, and more). He created a roadmap for me to get better, with recommendations of psychologists. I am confident in my newly formed successful doctor-patient dynamic (with Dr. Reichlin) in order to manage my behavioral health.
