Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

My first appointment with Dr Abdulmalek Sadah, MD, went great. He listened very well, asked the right questions & methodically eliminated other potential causes of the underlying reason for my appointment. He was not judgmental, sought to contextualize the big picture & ultimately was able to deliver the outcome I was hoping to achieve. This is the first time I have used ZocDoc - because I have been completely burned out by corporate healthcare systems: -- who treat patients like dinners at a restaurant (turn over, turn over turnover) -- get hacked, pay ransom & send me a < $1 check to cover the fact that all my PHM is now out there. at any rate, coming to ZocDoc without even an account - I was able to find Dr. Sadah and schedule the appointment 24 hours later. Not sure when the last time you called your dr office for scheduling - it usually starts with "well, we can book you two mths from now".... just over all that BS, and ZocDoc helped me do that.
