Apraku Psychiatry is an out-of-network provider and does not contract with insurance companies. However, patients with out-of-network benefits may be able to seek reimbursement through their insurance carrier using a superbill. These itemized medical invoices include diagnostic and procedural codes required for out-of-network benefit claims, which are typically accepted by PPO plans. Payment is collected after service. All major credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted. Fees as of January 1, 2025 are: $348 for a 75-minute initial evaluation, $248 for a 30-minute follow-up, $298 for a 50-minute therapy session. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $148 fee. For any billing questions, please contact the practice before scheduling.
