About Dr. Abhinav Singh
Abhinav Singh, MD is the Medical Director at Health Care Solutions and is one of the leading physicians in South and South Central New Mexico. Dr. Singh is a compassionate physician with a wealth of knowledge and experience. For the past 16 years, Dr. Singh has been working in Eastern and Central New Mexico. He has served as Program Director & Chief of Medicine at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center and Program Director for Hospital Medicine at Carlsbad Medical Center and Lincoln County Medical Center. Dr. Singh has completed his residency training in 2007 from St. Barnabas Hospital System in New York, affiliated with Weil Cornell School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
He has special interests in Allergy & Immunology as well as Geriatrics. Dr. Singh believes in providing thorough patient care and also in empowering patients to take control of their allergic conditions through patient education. He understands the importance of taking details from a patient’s history to identify an underlying unifying diagnosis.
Dr. Singh has made New Mexico his home since completing his residency. When he is not working and is not playing chess, he likes spending time with his family.

Honestly a very great doctor. The front staff in the morning was very nice and calm about things which helped a lot. They were very quick and friendly when it came to helping me check in. Dr. Singh was very communicative and clear when it came to my situation and when it comes to learning how to treat it was even better. I get anxious when it comes to doctors offices but everything about this visit took that all away.

Besides listening, he aslo asked questions about my goal as to why I decided to see him and what i was expecting him to help me with. He took his time and I did not feel rushed. I felt he was thorough when it came time to explain things to me and also why he needed certain lab work done. Dr. Singh also asked me to verify with insurance prior to getting these labs done to make sure they will be covered. I did enjoy my appointment with him because I did not feel intimidated to ask questions or my lack of knowledge. I felt impulsed to start my health journey now and I also felt peace knowing I can do something for my health and that my issue can be resolved with time. Thank you Dr. Singh!

This was my follow up visit with Dr. Singh. He was great again and really listened to my issue. He got all of my referrals taken care of for outside testing and helped take care of the problem that I’m having. He’s wonderful and I’m so glad that he’s my doctor. Dr. Singh was great. Very kind and soft spoken. He was great at listening-that’s all usually what most patients want. He allowed me to be involved in when my care plan and suggested but didn’t tell me that I HAD to do anything.
