Dr. Abigail was very kind, professional, and helpful during my visit. I appreciated the care she provided and the time she took to answer my questions.
However, I was very disappointed by the cost of the visit. Even though my insurance covered a significant portion, I was still left with a much higher bill than I expected. Having to pay so much for a follow-up appointment where I was simply told that everything looked good was frustrating. While I have no complaints about Dr. Abigail herself, the unexpected charges make it unlikely that I will return.

Abigail was amazing — listened intently, asked lots of follow-up questions. I did not in the least feel rushed to speak about my health concerns so she could get on to the next person.

I appreciated the availability of an early morning appointment. The waiting period of approximately 20 to 30 minutes was quite acceptable. The physician demonstrated an excellent bedside manner, actively listened, and communicated effectively.

I was a little nervous, but she took her time and was very patient. The best part was how clearly she communicated what my next steps would be. I didn’t leave feeling confused or frustrated.
