Dr. Sobo is very empathetic and was kind to me when I was having trouble getting my Pap smear. Another person in the office held my hand as we tried a second time, and we got it done.

The doctors office has no flu tests left so I didn’t get tested but the provider I saw was very helpful and I’m feeling a lot better

The office was nice, and so was my PA, Raven. I expressed my concerns, and she calmed me down, explaining a few things that helped. When Dr. Sobo came in, she seemed very nonchalant. I was expecting a better bedside manner, but she was either quiet or would just mumble. Dr. Sobo also wasn’t wearing a mask during my medical procedure, which concerned me a bit for both of our safety. Other than that, she wasn’t necessarily rude, just not what I’ve experienced with other doctors who are more warm and reassuring while also doing their jobs well.

It was a very weird experience. I did not feel comfortable and would definitely not go back. I was called multiple times before the appointment about setting up a credit card with the office, which felt unusual. The office did not seem professional and lacked up-to-date equipment. There was also a lack of confidentiality or medical privacy. In addition, I selected a certain type of appointment from the list of options, and then was told upon arrival that the provider was not experienced with that type of appointment and I was warned against going through with the appointment. Furthermore, I booked an open time slot in the evening through zocdoc, and was later charged an after hours fee on my bill, with no prior notice that such a fee would be charged.

This was a great appointment; the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. And I feel well informed and that thoroughly checked out. I will come back here again as needed.

I had an ok experience. The establishment was clean & the wait time was not bad. I was a little confused about the process for my appointment because usually I go to drs that are specific to my needs but the dr explained everything thoroughly. I did not expect I would have to do my labs at another location I would have rather a one stop shop & that is my only complaint.

Physician was a great listener and straight to the point. Office staff, specifically nurse a bit rude. As soon as you walk into the office you’re asked what you’re being seen for which I find uneasy as there are others that can hear you and information can be private. Nurse did the same but was very loud when walking into the lobby. Attitude was displayed when informed I did not want to go into detail , in the lobby, of why I’m being seen.
