About Dr. Adam Bohnenblust
Adam Bohnenblust, DC, BCN, is the owner and clinical director of Texas Functional Health Centers in Dallas, Texas. Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area, Dr. Bohnenblust, who goes by Dr. B, completed his undergraduate work at Tarrant County College in Hurst, Texas, after graduating from Trinity High School in Euless, Texas.
Dr. B earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas, completing his internship training at Parker University Outpatient Clinic. He relocated to Buffalo, New York for his fellowship training, working under some of the best neurologists, chiropractors, neurosurgeons, and neuroradiologists at the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Science. DFW has always been home to Dr. B, and after completing his graduate training, he opened his first office on Main Street in Dallas. Striving to provide the best care for his patients,
Dr. B has extensive post-graduate education in trauma treatment, MRI interpretation with certification, fascial therapy, functional medicine, and the Webster technique. Dr. B is also board-certified in neuropathy and intractable pain. Dr. B is dedicated to his profession and serves as extension faculty for Parker University, providing students with a clinic-based internship experience. He’s also a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association.
When not providing world-class treatment at Texas Functional Health Centers, Dr. B spends time with his six beautiful children.

I am going back for my follow up appointment to get the results of my X-rays. I am a little baffled about why they send so many text messages about the same thing over and over. It’s not really necessary. Other than that I have no complaints.

It was a great experience. Easy to get to and in the same building as my gym. The doctor listened to my concerns and also brought up other concerns while asking me questions, that I didn’t think to bring up in the appointment. All the office staff was friendly. It was frustrating at first, because I had to wait 55 minutes to be seen and it wasn’t by the provider who was stated. However, it was a blessing because I was seen by Rudy who was understanding and determined to find the cause of my pain. He completely turned my visit around and because of him I have gone back twice, with the intention of going to weekly appointments. I have been seen by 3/4 providers at this office and they all truly care about their patients wellbeing and progress. I highly recommend this practice!

Texas Joint and Spine is a very welcoming environment, you get assisted right away, any concerns are answered, we care about our patients and their well being. Dr. B will listen to all the concerns his patients have and will take care of his patients to help them feel better and get back to doing their daily life activities.

First place I actually feel like they want to help me get better. They don’t just put me on machines and expect me to get better. They direct me through exercises to help me gain strength for long term results. Best service I’ve ever had.
