About Dr. Adam Collins
Dr. Adam Collins is an Oklahoma native where he attended college at Southern Nazarene University. It was during this time he discovered the title of "Podiatrist" in a hospital directory while visiting a sick friend. Dr. Collins went on to receive his medical degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. He attended residency at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia where he served as co-chief resident during his final year. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He enjoys treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions ranging from diabetic foot care, plantar fasciitis and nail pathology, to wounds, trauma, and biomechanical deformities. Dr. Collins employs new-age conservative care treatments when possible and offers advanced surgical techniques as needed. Outside of patient care he enjoys hiking, mountaineering, camping and exploring for new restaurants.

Very impressive first visit to address somewhat complicated situation with my foot. The doctor was a breath of fresh air in terms of his bedside manner, ability to help me talk through the problem with him in a way that helped him understand it best to develop an appropriate initial treatment plan. I booked a "preventive" appointment. as I age, I've noticed issues with my feet and ankles. Dr. Collier explained what was going on and demonstrated activities and exercises I could easily do to strengthen my leg and ankle muscles and maintain flexibility and balance. He wrote a note listing the exercises what we had discussed. I likely won't need to see him for a long time if I follow his suggestions.

Dr. Collins is an excellent doctor and immediately got to work removing a small lesion on my right big toe that was making it very painful to work out!
Success! We discussed shoes that were too small and not getting enough support for gym training and he recommended types of shoes that would help and where to get them! I settled on Brooks line which has a narrow option, not just medium and wide. I ordered two Brooks running shoes, Adrenaline GTS 22 and Ghost 14. Both are fantastic and doctor pointed me in the right direction! Highly recommend him and his friendly office staff.
